Crater Lake National Park: Watchman Peak Trail By Derek Anderson, Joel Anderson, 2022
- Crater Lake National Park: Watchman Peak Trail
The name says it all. Crater Lake National Park is one of the most unique formations of nature in the U.S. It is a deep, beautiful, and bright blue lake which rests inside the caldera of a mighty volcano. Crater Lake is almost 2,000 feet deep, making it one of the deepest lakes in the world. The Watchman Peak Trail is a 1.7 mile out and back trail located near Crescent, Oregon that features spectacular views of the lake. The trail is best used from June until October. In this National Parks print offered by the Anderson Design Group store, our illustrators handcrafted an early-1900s poster art style which includes the lake, Wizard Island, and the edge of the caldera. Adorn your wall with this peaceful, nostalgic reminder of a favorite trip, or show your state pride for Oregon’s only National Park with a stack of notecards or postcards.
