National Parks Wildlife: Roadrunner By Aaron Johnson, Joel Anderson, 2020
- National Parks Wildlife: Roadrunner
Intelligent, spry, and unmistakably unique, roadrunner birds look kind of like miniature velociraptors! They’re very smart and quick, and they entertain visitors to Death Valley National Park with their rapid movements and funny mannerisms. Roadrunners can run at speeds of up to 20 miles per hour, and they are also easily recognizable by their distinctive “clucking” noise. Inspired by the birds, Anderson Design Group hand-rendered vintage National Park art of one of the quirky aves running at full speed. This original design is available as a travel print, retro metal sign, classic poster design, notecard, postcard, or framed postcard.
