Dead Horse Point State Park and Horseshoe Bend is a natural wonder quite unlike anything else in the world. This is a formation in the Colorado River where the river makes a 180 degree turn, forming a bend that looks quite like a horseshoe. Legend has it that cowboys used to chase wild mustangs onto Dead Horse Point, as the point acted as a sort of natural corral. Sometimes, mustangs would fall off the edge of the point, hence the name “Dead Horse Point.” Today, the park offers hiking trails, campgrounds, mountain biking paths, river rafting, and other features for visitors. Seeking to capture the beauty of a natural wonder like no other, Anderson Design Group hand-rendered vintage poster art of the bend, a colorful, retro poster of the bend and two visitors enjoying it. Available as an art print, canvas banner, notecard, postcard, or metal sign, this artwork looks fantastic on any wall.
