New York’s Central Park: Early Snow By Shelby Rodeffer, Joel Anderson, 2012
- New York’s Central Park: Early Snow
While many say that the best time to enjoy Central Park is in the late summer or mid-fall, some suggest visiting the park in the wintertime. Fewer people frequent the park when the temps drop and snow blankets the ground, yet this 1.3 square mile park becomes a veritable winter wonderland during that time. Inspired by the peaceful quiet of the park in winter, Anderson Design Group handcrafted a vintage travel poster of one of the park's many waterways and bridges. The illustration is styled after the WPA-commissioned works of the early-1900s, a fitting style for the historic park. Commemorate a trip to Central Park with this vintage artwork as a framed print, canvas banner, or metal sign.
