High society here we come! The Hamptons are located on eastern Long Island’s South Fork. The string of seaside communities are known for being a popular destination for affluent New York City residents. While there are many iconic buildings and mansions in this region, one of the most recognizable landmarks is Montauk Point Lighthouse. This lighthouse is located at the easternmost point of Long Island, which is also the easternmost point of New York. The lighthouse was first constructed in 1796, making it a historic site like no other. Montauk Point also served as a major fortification during World War I and World War II. To celebrate the history of this region, Anderson Design Group fashioned an American Travel poster of the lighthouse in an early-20th century style, reminiscent of vintage poster art of the time.
