Ah, Tulsa. One of the best stops along Route 66, visitors from far and wide pause to rest and recharge their batteries in Tulsa, often after having driven many miles along Route 66. In fact, back in 1927 when Route 66 was being envisioned, a Tulsa man named Cyrus Avery was crucial in the lobbying effort to bring Route 66 through Tulsa. He won his case, and Tulsa was forever eternalized as being a major stopping point along Route 66. To celebrate that historic decision, Anderson Design Group handcrafted a vintage travel poster of Route 66, styling the illustration after the WPA-commissioned works of the early-1900s. You can order this retro artwork as a framed print, metal sign, framed postcard, canvas banner, or as a set of notecards and postcards. Perfect for wall decor, an excellent keepsake, and a great gift all in one! And to learn more about Tulsa, check out Visit Tulsa.
