About the Art
Mount Everest is the tallest mountain in the world. Coming in at a stunning 29,029 ft. above sea level,
this mountain is almost six miles above the ocean's surface. Several thousand people have successfully
summited this daunting peak since 1953 when Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay successfully
summited, but there is nothing easy or casual about Everest. Hundreds have died on the peak too. The
