Belgium: Ghent By Steven Garcia, Joel Anderson, 2017
- Belgium: Ghent
Ghent is a unique town in Belgium, as it is a city built on revolution, sheep farms, festivals, vintage shops, universities, and cultural artwork. About one-fourth of the city’s population is comprised of students. The city is known for promoting vegetarianism (those sheep farms are operated for wool, not meat!) And the city used to be one of the largest in all of Europe. Needless to say, this town is one of a kind. Inspired by the unique nature of this city and all it has to offer to visitors, Anderson Design Group’s award-winning artists hand-designed a vintage travel poster of the city, a retro depiction in early-20th century illustration styles of some of the city’s historic buildings. You can purchase this artwork as an art print, canvas, metal sign, or as notecards or postcards. To learn more about the city, check out Visit Ghent.
